About
The International High School at Lafayette welcomes students who are recently arrived to the United States and learning English. We provide a supportive environment, incorporating language development into all classes, engaging students in projects, and preparing students for college and career. Our students have multiple opportunities to earn college credit, participate in different sports, join extra-curricular activities, and engage in the community through internship, service learning, arts, and more. Students complete and present a series of portfolio projects as part of the graduation requirements, and all students have an individual mentor that helps guide them through the college and scholarship application process.
