Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) provides a CTE focus on a range of courses in four industry areas: information technology, graphics, engineering, and architecture. The program includes innovative technical training leading to certification and opportunities to earn college credit and will also offer opportunities to complete work-based learning sequences (e.g. internships) to provide pathways to employment and/or post-secondary credentials.

The historic Boys and Girls High School is a renown educational institution that provides multiple pathways to engage students in the learning process. Our instructional practices empower students to take ownership of their learning, develop critical-thinking skills and get them ready for the demands of the 21st century global community and the workforce. Students have the opportunity to participate in Career and Technical Educational programs, such as electrical installation, architectural drafting, theater arts, or get a jump start for college by taking college courses while they are still in high school.
