Our school offers many career-building opportunities through FutureReadyNYC Education pathway including college-credit courses with Professors, College Now partnerships, Internships and paid jobs through the school. Also, we will be offering AP Art and Design, AP Biology, AP English Literature, AP Macroeconomics, college-level Poetry and Public Policy with National Ed Equity Lab as well as other APs via virtual classrooms

Academic Highlights: We have College Now Partnerships with opportunities to take many actual college classes and College Pathway that includes advisory, dedicated 1:1 college advising, college visits each year, a Writing Center, and in-house SAT Prep., Elective Choice includes a range of AP Computer Science, college-level Psychology, AP Government, Art, American Sign Language, Dance, Graphic Design, Jazz Band, Marine Biology, Musical Theater, Photography and Filmmaking and additional AP options virtually., Exhibitions or Celebrations of learning motivate and foster authentic pride in work and growth (from Algebra Carnival to Concerts to Gatsbyfest to Science Fair to Poetry Cafe to 4 Capstone presentations for graduation), Open Honors program allows students to opt into more challenging work for honors credit on their transcripts., Performance-Based Assessment Tasks (PBATs), FutureReadyNYC: Teaching & Training (P-12 Teacher)
