Our program emphasizes the use of technology in the business world through our Career Technical Education (New York State approved CTE) Pathway or through our college partner, Queensborough Community College Pathway (QCC) where students learn programming, networking, web design, digital citizenship, and more. Students also have the opportunity to apply for internships with various corporations throughout the city. BTECH also provides Work Based Learning Opportunities to students that include Summer Youth Internships, Job Site visits, Work Place Challenges, resume writing, and build Employability Skills. BTECH is a small knit school community that values social emotional, culturally responsive and restorative justice to build a supportive learning environment. We build our community through activities and events such as: Community Group (advisory), school-wide Talent Show, Gratitude Brunch in November, Staff v.
