Brooklyn Democracy Academy (BDA) is a transfer high school that is committed to providing an interesting, challenging educational program that helps students overcome obstacles and attain their goals. We help our students earn a high school diploma, explore their interests and build important life skills, by providing individualized instructions and collaborative family engagement. In addition to preparing our students academically, we provide postsecondary job placement opportunities and/or employment.

  • Offers 10th Grade Seats
  • Transfer School, which serve students aged 16 to 21 who have fallen behind in credits or left school for an extended period of time
