About

This is a small 6th through 12th grade school where students receive personal and individualized attention as they focus on their rigorous academic and creative work. We offer experiential learning that challenges students to question, discuss, collaborate, develop critical thinking skills, and solve problems. We incorporate the arts, critical literacy, and technology in all subjects, and because we take the concept of "real-world learning" seriously, our high schoolers regularly take trips out of the building to enhance their learning and expand their horizons. We believe that the key to achievement is to not only involve our students, but also their families-parents appreciate our focus on collaboration and communication and they can expect regular contact with our school. Our approach to education and relationships between all stake holders emphasize community responsibility, citizenship, and personal agency.
