The Early College Program at Eagle Academy for the Young Men of Harlem is a dynamic initiative designed to empower young men of color with the opportunity to earn both high school and college credits simultaneously. Through strategic partnerships with local colleges and universities, this program provides motivated students with access to rigorous, college-level coursework while still in high school placing them on a fast track toward higher education and long-term career success. Rooted in Eagle Academy's mission to break down systemic barriers and expand opportunities, the Early College Program supports academic excellence, builds college readiness, and nurtures a strong college-going culture. Students not only gain a head start on their post-secondary education, but also develop the confidence, discipline, and critical thinking skills essential for thriving in college and beyond. By bridging the gap between high school and higher education, the Early College Program redefines what's possible for young men of color in Harlem, offering them a transformative path toward academic achievement, economic mobility, and lifelong success.
