About
The Urban Assembly School for the Performing Arts (UASPA) is a unique college preparatory high school that integrates rigorous academics with specialized training in theater, dance, music, and visual arts, all without screening or requiring students to pass auditions. UASPA partners with prestigious organizations such as the Harlem School of the Arts, where students take classes during the day, after school, and in the summer, as well as with Epic Theatre Ensemble, Martha Graham Dance Company, Tony Bennett Foundation/Exploring the Arts, and the College Bound Initiative. These partnerships provide students with exceptional opportunities for artistic and academic growth in a supportive and inclusive environment, preparing them for successful futures in the arts and higher education.
