About
Students are provided with a comprehensive education that includes performing arts, technology, and a choice of seven Advanced Placement (AP) courses. Our school develops the talents of students through dance, drama, and instrumental and vocal music. We offer career connections in graphic design, computer science, stage, lights, and IT internships . We build partnerships with the professional performing arts community, institutions of higher learning, and other organizations to provide opportunities for internships or college-level study: Brooklyn College, Kingsborough Community College, Medgar Ever College, Syracuse University, SAGA Innovations, the Step Up program, and the Leadership Organization. Students are immersed in international experiences with trips to countries like Japan and Switzerland, as well as national destinations such as New Orleans and Chicago, where they participate in professional internships, develop career skills, and engage deeply with local cultures. Our clubs and teams develop leadership capacity in all members of our school community.
