About the School

Cambria Heights Academy is a small, CTE high school with a rigorous computer science program that builds students' expertise in coding, website development, and graphic design. In addition to our software engineering program, we utilize technology as a learning tool across the disciplines in all content areas. Our personalized advisory program provides ongoing academic and social-emotional support, and our graduating seniors are creative thinkers who can comfortably navigate the ever-changing world of technology.

Academic Highlights: CHA UNIFORM/DRESS CODE: Students must follow the CHA dress code each day which is a key part of our school culture., D16ADVISORY (Required 9-12) : All students take advisory during all four years of their high school experience. Advisories provide a strong home-school connection and much needed social emotional support., FutureReadyNYC: FutureReady NYC Technology (Cybersecurity Analyst), INTERNSHIP PROGRAM : Internship placements are with our partnership organizations and occur outside of our school building in the community in which we live.
