Communications

In the Media Studies Program students become multi-media, multi-platform producers. All classes are project-based with students using state-of-the-art equipment and industry standard computer applications. There are classes in broadcast journalism, documentary film, photography, graphic design and journalistic reporting--and each class focuses on helping students tell their stories. Students will contribute to the school newspaper, website, yearbook, and news broadcasts. Students in the Media Studies program become citizen journalists and learn how their voices can impact the ever-changing media environment through film, photography, social media, and reporting.
