Arturo A. Schomburg Satellite Academy Bronx (AASSAB) is an alternative transfer high school devoted to transforming young minds and lives through education. Our student centered classrooms and rigorous PBAT process, combined with our unique 6 week cycle program inspires learners to make positive changes in their lives and the world, while becoming prepared for college and the 21st century workforce.

Transfer high schools are designed to serve students who, based on their grade or age, are off-track to accumulate enough academic credits to meet high school graduation requirements. Only applicants ranked by the school will receive an offer.

Arturo A. Schomburg Satellite Academy Bronx is a high school devoted to fostering critical thinkers through authentic, project based learning. We welcome all learners.
