About the School
Media is a strong community of learners where students graduate as empowered and responsible participants of society. Students develop 21st century skills through AP, film production, journalism and advisory courses. Our state-of-the-art television and recording studio is supported by our partnerships with Simon & Schuster, Film at Lincoln Center, MNN, and HITN. Students create multiple literary publications such as The Legacy Student Newspaper, Rise, Babel in the Heights and a Journal of fiction and non-fiction pieces. (Ask us for copies when you visit!)
